Welcome! I’m Jeremiah Willis, your dedicated mind, body, and spirit transformation coach. I've had over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. I'm certified by both the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I'm also a former U.S. Army Veteran and paratrooper.
